Why We Exist
Housing built for people who've been overlooked
Elev8 Now LLC was founded with one purpose: to provide safe, dignified, affordable housing to people who need it most — veterans, individuals receiving disability income, and anyone who's been turned away by traditional landlords.
Too many people in Philadelphia are forced into overcrowded shelters or expensive motels because the rental market demands credit scores, long leases, and income verification that simply isn't accessible to everyone. We believe that's wrong.
Our co-living model offers furnished private rooms in North Philadelphia on a flexible weekly basis — all-inclusive, no credit check, no long-term commitment. Just a clean, safe place to call home while you get back on your feet or simply live your life.
Our Story
Born from a gap in the system
Elev8 Now started when our founders saw firsthand how difficult it was for people — especially veterans and those on fixed incomes — to find housing that didn't require jumping through impossible hoops. Credit checks, first and last month's rent, long-term leases: barriers stacked on barriers.
We set out to build something different. A co-living community in North Philadelphia where the focus is on the person, not the paperwork. Where VA benefits and disability income are welcomed, not questioned. Where a weekly rate covers everything so there are no surprises.
Today, Elev8 Now is growing — and every room we open is one more person with a stable address, a private space, and a community around them. That's what elevating lives looks like to us.
